Over 15 years leading digital transformation initiatives across Latin America and the Caribbean, in healthcare, banking, technology and consulting. Today I lead a team of cloud architects at Oracle for the High Tech segment in LATAM, driving multi-cloud, cloud-native and business-focused AI architectures.
I set architecture principles, patterns and criteria, manage documented exceptions and run a decision discipline (ADRs) with alternatives, owners and review conditions.
I evolve point-to-point integrations into a reusable layer of APIs, events, messaging and webhooks: documented, secure, versioned and observable services.
I maintain catalogs of capabilities, applications, platforms and integrations, and assess every proposal: reuse, extend, rationalize or adopt with justification.
I take generative AI and agents to production with RAG, human-in-the-loop, evaluation, security and FinOps, inside an AI governance framework.
I lead and grow senior architect teams, facilitate cross-functional decisions between technology and business, and communicate at executive level.

I design production-ready generative and agentic AI solutions, and I always start with the business, not the model: every initiative begins with a measurable use case and a reference architecture. I choose between proprietary and open-weight models based on quality, latency and cost, design enterprise topologies that integrate with existing platforms instead of creating islands, and apply AI FinOps from day one so scaling never turns into an unpredictable bill. I connect AI with the company’s knowledge through advanced RAG, orchestrate agents and multi-agent systems with human-in-the-loop where the risk calls for it, and take each solution to production with LLMOps, continuous evaluation, observability and security guardrails within an AI governance framework. It is the same discipline I bring to enterprise architecture: documented decisions, reusable standards and value you can demonstrate.
